Do prices include taxes?

No. Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes (GST or HST), which are added based on your province or territory.

When is payment required?

For public workshops, payment is required to complete your registration, and your place is confirmed after successful payment. For private group training, no upfront payment is required; payment is due after the training has been completed.

How is private group pricing determined?

For six-hour workshops, the per-participant rate depends on your group size (6–10, 11–15 or 16–20 participants) and applies to each participant. For example, 12 participants × C$339 = C$4,068 before applicable taxes.

Do other formats or group sizes need a quote?

For private Microsoft 365 training, request a quote for groups under six or over 20, different durations, or multiple sessions. The listed private three-hour Copilot Skills rates apply to groups of 10–20, with a C$2,790 minimum before taxes; other group sizes require a custom quote.

How do Copilot Skills Series bundles work?

Choose one workshop, any three, or all six 3-hour workshops, pick an available date for each, and pay once. A bundle is for one participant and can’t be shared.

Are options available for multiple sessions or departments?

Contact Totbox for a quotation for multi-session or multi-department training. Additional options are considered for your requirements; no automatic additional discount applies.
