What does "Prices exclude HST and GST" mean?

The prices shown are before tax. Canadian Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) or Goods and Services Tax (GST) is added to your invoice based on your province or territory of business.

How does billing work for individual learners?

Individual seats are payable at booking by credit card or bank transfer. You receive a receipt immediately and your seat is confirmed once payment clears.

How does billing work for corporate teams?

Corporate bookings are invoiced against a purchase order with 30-day terms, including any HST/GST, PO or vendor references your finance team needs.

Is the session content the same for individual and group training?

Yes. Every session includes the same expert-led experience — whether you join individually or as a group. Only the group size and price model change.

Can we combine topics in one session?

Yes. Sessions are customized to your workflows, so modules from different courses can be blended into one tailored agenda.
