Totbox (“we”, “us”) provides live virtual instructor-led training in Microsoft 365, Copilot and related workplace skills. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us through forms, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization and the training you are interested in.
- Registration details when you sign up for a session, including the course, date and any information needed to deliver the training.
- Payment information. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe provides us only with confirmation of payment and basic billing details.
- Technical information such as pages visited and approximate location, collected through standard analytics to help us improve the site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the training you request.
- To process registrations and payments, send confirmations, reminders and session joining details.
- To send occasional updates about courses and schedules, only where you have asked to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
How we share your information
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We share information only with the service providers needed to operate our business, such as Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider and our website hosting provider. These providers process information on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.
- We may disclose information where required by law.

- Our site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality (such as remembering your language preference) and for privacy-respecting analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
