How does an Open Enrollment workshop differ from a Client-site workshop?

An open enrollment workshop is a public session that anyone can register for, while a group training workshop is a private session that is tailored to your organization's needs and goals. An open enrollment workshop allows you to choose from a variety of topics and dates, while a group workshop gives you more flexibility and control over the content and schedule. Both types of workshops offer interactive learning experiences with an expert facilitator.

How can I register for a workshop?

To register for a course, browse our Course Catalogue and enrol online through our shopping cart.

  • Online registrations can be paid for by credit card or Paypal.
  • If you prefer, you can contact us directly by phone at (437) 580-6933 or by email at gessiambre@totbox.ca.

Note: Registrations are not considered complete until they are paid. 

Can I change my workshop registration to a different date?

If you wish to transfer your registration to another date, you must do so at least 14 days before the event date. A $50 fee will be charged for any transfer received less than 14 days prior to the date of the training.

What is your cancellation and refund policy

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

  • Cancellations received 14+ days prior to the first day of any workshop are eligible for a refund (less a $50 cancellation fee). 
  • Cancellations received less than 14 days will not be refunded. 
  • If Totbox cancels this workshop, all registered participants will be entitled to a refund of all fees paid. 
  • If a registrant is not present for a workshop (“no show”) for any reason, they will not be entitled to a refund.
  • There is no charge to substitute another registrant in your place.
  • If you wish to transfer your registration to another event date,you must do so at least 14 days before the event date.
